I am not sure why the Porn Industry has not gone after P2P like the RIAA has. This article explains that the meta-tags involved make finding specific fetishes harder to do. A comment on that page also notes that with P2P, the meta-tags are often false. For example, when the Paris Hilton video first came out, there were a lot of fakers out there who changed the title of their porn-ads to something with Hilton in the name to get more people to download their stuff. However, I feel that like with any search system that people will become more adept at using it and be able to find what they want. For example if I wanted Mardi Gras type stuff, a novice might type Mardi Gras, but later discover that flash is a better search term. Anyway, I think there is a major market for the bringing of lawsuits for violating the pornagraphers copyright. Let's face it, porn drives the internet.

So, Terrell Owens' agent fucked up and didn't file some paperwork on time. This means that Terrell can't become a free agent and make bookoo bucks this year. I expect two things. One, his agent to be fired. Two, his agent to be sued. If he was an attorney (which is not necessarily required) he could be looking at a malpractice complaint.
Sorry I haven't posted much lately. In a bad mood and tired today. Talked with someone last night and at about 12:30 the talk turned to why she broke up with me a bit back. Not a good conversation. I don't think such conversations are healthy. In sum: I think the whole deal was fucked and I didn't have much of a chance. I was damned if I did, damned if I didn't. Actually, I might have been ok if I did, but I thought I would be damned that way, so I didn't. Come to find out chosing that option would have been better despite statements she made otherwise at the time. BAH. Women! Who needs them (besides me?) Anyway, good news is that no broken heart, but alas, isn't that the bad news too? Better to have loved and lost and all that.
