Let the Uproar begin

Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor has decided to step down from her post as "the swing voter". I wonder how many jokes have been made about her "playing both ways"? Anyway, on a less base side of things, I have concerns about whom the Religious Right...err, the Republicans will try to push into office. I am a bit torn. I am a conservative by nature, but not a social conservative. I am really concerned about the appointment being a bible thumper who desires to bring the bible back into government (you hear me Alabama, I'm talking about you and your compatriots). Anything but that. Please George, don't fuck this up.

I guess that might be asking to much based on his track record.

The Warez have it

So many police agencies recently busted several "warez" groups. According to the article, about 95% of illegally downloaded shit starts with these WaReZ groups. Without naming names (cough, cough Nathan cough cough Dan), I used to have some friends who got really into Warez trading. They had everything, including graphics programs that cost several thousand dollars and advance releases of Windows and so forth. Of course, anything that I would want from a Warez group would either exceed my computers limits (Did I mention that I can't even charge my IPod using my computer?) or would be so outdated they would send me viruses instead as a joke. Anyway, so, yeah, Warez. The place to get cracked stuff. Do a search for Warez if you have never heard of it. If you have group chat channels you use (MiRC), you'll find Warez channels. I'd imagine you'd have to be careful now of cops. Even back in the day, you'd have to offer shit to get shit, sort of as a proof that you weren't the feds. Good idea really. Anyway, that is my Warez story. Not really a story, but my tale nonetheless.
