I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again. Okay, so that is a partial lie. I do know when I'll be back again. So I am going up to LA Girl's family's place for the fourth (there was supposed to be a party, but now it is me and her parents and her....hmmm) and fly out from Seattle on the Fifth to Vermont for an interview with a few judges for a clerkship. I am taking my bar review materials with me, lest I fail and be that rumored Top Ten guy who failed the bar.... stranger things have happened.

I have forgotten what I am fighting for. I don't know why I keep going. I dream about a life I am not living or moving towards. That is depressing.

So, I recently had Windows re-installed on my computer. What does this mean? That all of my bookmarks are gone. That most of my files are gone. That lots and lots of stuff is gone. This does mean, however, that to regain my bookmarks, I need to do a bit of exploring. Thus, I introduce Straight Sports, a newly discovered law blog about, what else, sports! As a hopeful future IP guy who wants to work in sports, I like it. I really like most of the law blogs that I see. I am begining to think that law school should be taught through the reading of law blogs. I am guessing that idea won't catch on. Might be subject so some sort of copyright suit if teachers begin using the net to teach instead of books.
