My trip

So I am writing from Hollywood, Florida. I am on day one of a vacation. Yesterday I spent traveling. We (my parents and I) were scheduled to fly out of Portland to Dallas/Fort Worth with a short (1 hour) layover until our flight here. We were supposed to be at our hotel by like 10:30 and have a free transport from the airport. Well, the first plane had mechanical problems around the engine. After having us sit on the plane for about 1 1/2 hours, they said they thought it was good to go. So we took off. The flight was made in just under three hours, so we were only a about an hour late to Dallas. However, for some reason, we had to park on the tarmac and wait for about a quarter of an hour. more to come... must go..
