How to get Wal-Mart out of your town

So, the Wal-Marts and Bed,Bath and Beyonds of the world are possibly celebrating their victory in the Supreme Court which allows emminant domain for commercial use. How does this help get Wal-Mart out of your town, you may ask? Simple, if by simple you mean difficult but possible. First, convince the local zoning or land use board or whomever makes the emminant domain decisions that Wal-Mart is bad. Next introduce your plan to help the city by demolishing the Wal-Mart and in its place erecting 5-6 mom and pop type operations. Finally, have the city board emminant domain Wal-Mart's ass out of town. Granted, the city would have to pay Wal-Mart for the value of the property, but hey, when they emminant domain people out on their asses, the land value gets set, and I'd imagine it gets set relatively low. Anyway, that is how to get rid of Wal-Mart. Simple, huh?
