So, went to Portland to find a place to live. Found a great place on the corner of NW 23rd and Hoyt. Cost 975 which is out of our price range. I still want to go for it, but my cousin isn't so sure. I need to check my finances and get a loan, but I really want it. Multi-story, large place with new kitchen and right next to the Gypsy and in the coolest part of Portland. How can we pass this up?

I am sort of depressed that my cousin (my future roomie) isn't down.
