Be a Sports Agent: Commit Malpractice and then file a grievance with the league

It's happened again. An agent (at this point actually, it is unclear how the mess up occurred, but it looks like it was the agent to me) negotiates a contract, and when a bonus isn't part of the final agreement but player thought there should have been, the agent files a grievance with the league. The mistake could cost LaVar millions in bonus money, and if he doesn't get it, he will be (again) an unhappy camper. Ever since he came out of Penn State I am not sure he has ever been happy. Anyway, for all you new attorneys or those in law school, become an agent and never worry about malpractice again.
